I assist women on all stages of their fertility journeys - from trying for a baby, throughout pregnancy, through IVF, post-partum and while breastfeeding. I do this by supporting the natural processes that optimize reproductive health and aim to increase the chances of healthy fertility. I offer personalised nutritional guidance, lifestyle counselling, prescription supplements, and stress management support.

You may have seen me talking about women’s hormone health on TikTok. Or maybe you’ve seen me talk at an event. Either way, I’m glad you’re here! I’m a degree-qualified Naturopath and Nutritionist who is passionate about holistic health care in a time where too often symptoms are being treated, rather than the person. I’m dedicated to educating you on how to support your body and mind, using food and lifestyle as the foundation of health.
What is a Naturopath?
A registered Naturopath is a healthcare practitioner who uses natural therapies and holistic approaches to promote physical, mental, social and emotional health and well-being (Hauora). They focus on the body's innate ability to heal itself and often integrate various therapies such as herbal medicine, nutritional adjustments and lifestyle counselling into their practice. Naturopaths aim to address the root causes of illness rather than just treating presenting symptoms, with a strong emphasis on preventive care, and long-term wellness.
