We help clients identify and address the underlying root causes that contribute to hormonal acne in the first place - such as stress, diet, gut health, liver health, lifestyle habits, and environmental influences. This holistic approach allows for a long-term change in the body’s biochemistry, rather than a quick-fix that lasts for two weeks.

I’m a degree-qualified Naturopath and Nutritionist who is passionate about person-centred health care in a world where too often symptoms are being treated, rather than the person. In my practice, I value:

What is a Naturopath?
Association-registered Naturopaths and Nutritionists are well-being practitioners who are extensively and uniquely trained in the clinical use of herbal medicine, nutrition therapy and lifestyle counselling to help facilitate positive change in a person’s physical, mental, social and emotional health and well-being (Hauora).
Naturopaths focus on finding the root cause of illness, rather than just treating the presenting symptoms. By doing this, we can help our clients enhance their natural body processes to help restore biochemical and emotional balance.

Each 50-minute session is a safe, non-judgmental space where you’ll feel heard and supported. Using evidence-based tools like motivational interviewing, I’ll help guide you to:
